This set includes everything you need for a delicious bowl of ramen: half-raw noodles, a packet of dashi, seasoning oil, an organic shoyu soup base, and a special organic soy sauce known as “Megumi no Itteki,” which translates to "a drop of blessing".

The rich shoyu ramen broth is crafted from a blend of JAS certified organic koikuchi shoyu (dark soy sauce), usukuchi shoyu (light soy sauce), and the exquisite Megumi no Itteki, aged in cedar barrels for three years. This meticulous brewing process ensures a depth of flavor that is both satisfying and authentic.

Instructions:
1. Prepare two pots: one for boiling noodles and one for the soup (400cc of water).
2. Bring both pots to a boil.
3. Add the dashi packet to the soup pot and heat for 90-120 seconds.
4. Cook the noodles for approximately three and a half minutes.
5. Combine the seasoning oil and soup base in a bowl, add 300cc of dashi soup, and drain the noodles before adding them to the bowl.
6. Finish with the Megumi no Itteki soy sauce and your favorite toppings!
