- Heat your takoyaki plate to 230-250°C and fill the holes with the batter up to 80% full.
- Add your chosen ingredients into the holes, then top with more batter until it overflows.
- Once the dough turns brown, start twisting it to form ball shapes.
- When cooked, top with takoyaki sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, katsuobushi (bonito flakes), and aonori (seaweed) for an extra flavor boost.
