Ingredients:

• 1/2 pack of S&B Golden Curry (80g)
• 200g of beef, pork, or chicken
• 1 and 1/2 medium onions (300g)
• 1 medium potato (100g)
• 1/2 medium carrot (100g)
• 600ml water

Preparation:

1. Cut the meat, onions, carrots, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
2. Sauté in a saucepan until lightly browned.
3. Add 600ml of water and bring to a boil.
4. Cook over low to medium heat for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
5. Remove from heat, break 1/2 of the curry roux into pieces, and add to the saucepan.
6. Cook over low heat for another 20 minutes, or until the curry thickens. Serve over rice or pasta!
